Default Cycle update...Week 12 (fourth of 8 weeks of cutting)

Coming from week 11 thread:

Monday:

Wake-up weight: 177,8 lbs

I'm at 1,8 lbs of my BW goal and i have 5 more weeks of cutting!

Cardio: Treadmill at 7% incline, 6km/h.30 min(effective time).

Shoulder day.

Workout was fine and i can increase the weight AGAIN in my main shoulder exercise.

I did 220 lbs x 8 reps in military press (seated multipower) instead of
209lbs x 10 reps last week.

I can believe it, i lost more than 20 pounds and my strengh is almost the same, i even increase it in some key exercises!

Trenbolone power flows on me!

Some abs work in machine 2 sets of weighted crunches to give some change to the boring abs...

Waist size is shrinking...near 32 inches now.

Now i need some smart and experienced guy to chime on this:

I want to start body-recomp since i reach 176 lbs in very few days i think...

What will be the best solution for this?:

- Increase calories (mainly carbs) around WO's?

- Increasing cardio and lowers T3 to 50 mcgs?

???

My toughs are on the second option to have some fatloss and allows some muscle gain due to moderate T3 use (max to 50 lowering to 25 mcgs while increasing cardio to compensate slower metabolism) but i need some input...



One hint:

My PCT(peptides cycle) (4 weeks) for this cycle will include:

- Aromasin 25 mgs ED
- Clomid and nolva classic PCT...
- HGH 3 times per day 2 IU like on AAS cycle (sc)
- IGF-1 LR3 around 70 mcgs ED IM (for 2000 mcgs total...2 boxes of IGTropin)
- Slin 10 IU only PWO (at this moment i will be on DC training so M,W,F)

This PCT makes me think that first option will be needed for it, from past experiences i increased calories by 30% on PCT of cutting cycle with IGF-1 and i STILL FOLLOWS TO LOOSE FAT!

This time i will only add Slin to maximize rebound after AAS cycle and GAIN muscle at this moment!

Tuesday:

Wake-up weight: 177,3 lbs

Waist size: 32 inches.

Since yesterday i increased aromasin from 12,5 to 25 mgs ED.

I left this increase to the last weeks of cycle cause i don't want to cut estrogen for too long, my joints suffer too much if i do so...)

It's necesary to lost the "infamous" stubborn fat.

Cheat meal of the week

No cardio.

After legs workout i took my vitargo shake 10 min later my ISO whey shake and 1 hour later my cheat meal:

- one Waldorf salad
- 10 Oz beef
- one big potato with roquefort sauce
- one lasagna
- one portion of chocolate cake
- 2 cups of a good red wine and some water

Obviously i can't eat again in 4 hours and a half.


Bedtime weight: 185,40 Lbs I was really depleted on the morning!

Wednesday:

Wake-up weight: 181,1 lbs

No cardio.

No workout today.

REST.

Thursday:

Wake-up weight: 181,1 lbs

I'm starting to increase intensity in cardio adding incline degrees, i would try to add 1% incline each third cardio session untill 12%, the max in my treadmill.

Cardio: Treadmill at 8% incline, 6km/h.35 min. total (30 min. effective time).

Pecs and bi's.

4 exercises for pecs and moderate volume, finishing with peck-deck flies triple drop set.

3 exercises for bi's: barbell curl ez-bar in scott bench using pec side for arms, alternate dumbell hammer curl and "regular" dumbell curls on scott bench.

Abs: 5 sets of 20 reps on crunch machine up tp max weight.

Dammit Sam fan-fuckin-tastic results so far - and 5 more weeks of cutting! Hey have you been doin DC training all through this cycle or do ya mean yer planning on it during yer PCT? I swear by it myself - doin the M,W,F,M thing myself. Only thing that sux is the stretching - gettin waaay too old man!

I started the transition 2 weeks ago from my 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off to a DC "classic" M,W,F schedule lowering my volume and increasing intensity and exercise form.

The transition will be done at PCT start.

I know i will enjoy DC...I train with REAL VIOLENCE and i feel that moderate-high volume is limiting my whole progress now.

I already strech hard any muscle on my regular training, no prob with it.

I LOVE THE PAIN.

P.S.: What are your toughts about my calorie/cardio dilema on this thread?

I had not received any replies so far...

I'd up the calories from carbs. Yer a fat burnin machine at the moment anyways and all that extra carb will keep glycogen replenished and fuel them 20 rep widowmakers on squats!!

Yeah, it make sense!

Increase cardio untill PCT, then maintain cardio and with IGF-1 help increase carbs and drop T3.

I'm hardcore but not so much! I will do my widowmaker on leg press after my "regular" deep squat!

I'm very able to break some joint in the attempt on squats!
